The job

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our R&D team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of next-generation heat pump technologies, with a focus on design for manufacturing and outstanding quality. You will be involved in the design, testing, and optimization of new mechanical systems, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of efficiency, quality and durability. Your Design for manufacturing skill is a key competence that will push our competitiveness to the next level.

That You’ll Work On

Design & Development: Collaborate with the engineering team to develop mechanical systems for our heat pumps and complementary products.

Testing & Validation: Create prototypes, perform simulations, conduct testing, and analyze data to validate mechanical designs.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in design reviews and contribute to ongoing product improvements, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation for design and testing procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in Mechanical Engineering  with a strong focus on DFM

• Experience in 3D drawing (Siemens NX or similar) and simulation tools

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.

• Knowledge about developing principles (DFMEA, V-model)

• You possess an entrepreneurial mindset that thrives on innovation.

• You are eager for challenges that foster growth and want to be among exceptional talents.
